Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a mixed experience for me. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, and the location was decent for getting around. However, the rooms were quite cramped, and the dining options left much to be desired.
I stayed at the hotel, which had a fabulous building, but being on the main road meant hearing all noises at all hours. The curtains were of cheaper material, letting light shine through. There were a few generally unclean parts. The location was perfect, with a table and chairs.
The hotel offers nice clean tidy rooms, with comfortable amenities, and very helpful service. The location is convenient for various needs, despite occasional safety concerns in the area. The dining options are simple but fresh, adding value to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were a nice size for two adults, but they need to improve on cleanliness, as the carpets, walls, curtains, and radiators were filthy. The lack of air conditioning in the room was a drawback, especially on hot days. The service, however, was top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient for the ExCel Centre but lacked some ambiance and required multiple transfers to reach central London. The dining experience was limited with a late start time, but the presence of secure parking, good WiFi, and pleasant staff were positive points.
The hotel rooms are not massive, but if you're out exploring the city or going to the O2, they are perfect and very clean. The rooms are warm but have only a desk fan to keep them cool. Each room had two balconies with plenty of space, providing a nice layout and comfortable stay.
